Standard, rural and urgent delivery timeframes

The table below shows the number of working days to deliver ACC equipment from when an order is approved.

Simple list	3 working days	5 working days	Within 24 hours
Standard list	5 to 7 working days (indicative)	Allow 2 days more	Can be requested
Complex list	10 or more working days (indicative), longer if customised	Allow 2 days more	Can be requested
Non-list	3 days to 8 weeks, depending on availability	Allow 2 days more	Cannot be requested
