Check progress of items in your order

How to check the progess of each item in your order, including the delivery address. If the item is dispatched from the Enable New Zealand Warehouse and Distribution Centre, you can track delivery through the MRES App.

Check order status

  1. Go to the MRES Dashboard and search for your order.
  2. Scroll across to the 'All Product 'Items' column to see the current progress. 
 
3. See the table below for details.

Cancelled  Item cancelled off the order

Dispatched or

Dispatch order created 

Item either:
  • at Enable New Zealand Warehouse and Distribution Centre waiting to be collected by courier, or
  • in transit with courier, or
  • delivered by courier

For ACC approval  Order/item with assigned ACC team member to review and approve
For PA review 
  • With Enable New Zealand to review and approve
  • Waiting for ACC trial approval and/or written guidance
  • Tip: Open the order in 'Edit' mode and check the Request Notes.
For procurement  With Enable Procurement (purchasing) team to process the order, including review of products/supplier
Hire order created
  1. Enable Customer Service Facilitator sends the hire order to equipment supplier
  2. Supplier arranges for the hire equipment to be delivered 
  3. Enable waits for notification from the Assessor or ACC to extend or end the hire period
Purchase order created
  • Enable has sent a purchase order to the supplier
  • Supplier will send the item to the address specified on the order - please contact the supplier about any changes to delivery address
Trial request created 
  • Item is approved for trial
  • Trial order is waiting to be printed
  • Item to be dispatched from Enable New Zealand Warehouse and Distribution Centre and/or equipment supplier.
  • If the item is to be dispatched from the supplier, we email a trial approval to the assessor and supplier.
Trial initiated  Waiting for assessor to enter trial start date in MRES App once item is with the client and set up for trial

Check delivery address

How to check where items you've ordered will be delivered to (Client Home or Assessor address). 

1. Find the order in your' View Order Assessors' screen and click anywhere in the order. The 'Overview' screen displays.

2. Scroll down to the 'Ship To' field.

Track items dispatched from ENZ Warehouse 

  1. Find the order in the MRES App.
  2. Click anywhere in the order line to display the 'Overview' screen.
  3. Scroll down to the TrackingURL field and select the link.
 
 
Result: Poste Haste Track and Trace results display.
