Returning equipment issued by Enable New Zealand

Please return any ACC or Whaikaha - Ministry of Disabled People equipment you don’t use or need anymore. You can return the equipment yourself. Or we can collect it from your home or hospital.

If you’re not sure whether to return the equipment, please check with your occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or other health professional.

Where to return equipment

You can take the equipment to an Enable New Zealand warehouse in:

  • Palmerston North and Hamilton in the North Island, or
  • Wigram in the South Island.

Equipment collection form

To ask for equipment to be collected, please use our online form below. We’ll arrange for our freight company to collect it. There is no charge for this service.

We will arrange for Fliway Transport to collect the equipment.

  • Due to increased demand for freight services we are experiencing delays in equipment collection and delivery. We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience.
