ProWorkflow is used for:
- EMS assessor advice requests
- EMS and ACC housing modification service requests
- EMS vehicle modification service requests.
Requesting a ProWorkflow login
If you have not logged on to ProWorkflow before, you will need to email a request for a login/password.
Please use our online request form.
You will receive an email from ProWorkflow, with a link to login, asking you to reset your login name and password. You have 72 hours to complete this task or you will have to request a further reset.
Important note
- Please make sure that ProWorkFlow is closed on your computer before clicking on the link in the email to reset your user name and password.
- ProWorkFlow works best in the Chrome browser
